Update to 0.9

Update to version 0.9 in natty.

Changes from Shotwell 0.8.1 to 0.8.90 include the following:

- a search box that finds photos by name
- buttons that filter photos by type (photo, video, RAW) or flag state
- support for photos in TIFF format
- support for plugins, which can add publishing destinations or new slideshow transitions to Shotwell
- printing multiple photos at once (including multiple photos per page)
- the user can now specify a pattern (e.g. Year/Month-Day) indicating the folders where imported photos will be placed
- improved rendering for underexposed RAW photos
- all drawing now done with Cairo instead of using older GDK functions
- numerous small improvements and bug fixes

The upcoming 0.9 release will contain bug fixes for 0.8.90.

The new 0.9 version is the version that the desktop team decided to target at UDS, the beta tarball just missed alpha3 and the feature freeze by a few days though, shotwell updates are usually well tested and solid

It's a leaf application (thus we have the option of going back), and fixes some functionality regressions compared to F-Spot, like better searching. Approved if this lands before beta-1. Thanks!
