Bug Description
Hi,
I am a New Zealand user and when selecting New Zealand English in the Gnome language selector tool my language is set to LANGUAGE=
For en_NZ LANGUAGE should be set to en_NZ:en_
I would expect en_AU should be set to en_AU:en_
I don't know about the other English variants (e.g. en_CA) but I would expect they should have fallback languages too.
I am using Ubuntu Edgy (language selector 0.1.30).
