There is a patch available on [1] which I plan to upload to Debian Squeeze[2]. For Natty the package can then be synced from squeeze-proposed-updates.

I looked for upstream bugs using querybts clive and didn't see this one.

Please file a new bug report for this. It is also already fixed in
Debian (#636612).
