Ubuntu Alternate amd64 Alpha 3

The thin client does not boot properly to the LTSP server

The thin client seems to locate the internal network and attempt to boot

What state was the thin client in after failing to boot? Unfortunately there really isn't enough information to determine the cause of the kernel oops.

Yes, you're right Brian. I am going to talk to some one about helping me
troubleshoot this further.

If you could take a screencast of the boot process then we could pause the video and figure out where the Oops is.

This is now occurring with natty Beta 2. I did a desktop recoding, but there is no extra data that what's in the screenshot (too fast)

Note, I have been running Virtual Box when running these errors. After speaking with S Graber I believe this is vbox specific. It would be nice to have this verified by some one with knowledge of ltsp internally.

From the screenshot it appears that the problem is in initramfs unpacking, which is before any LTSP-related code has a chance to run. I don't think ltsp (ubuntu) can provide any useful insight into this bug, marking invalid.
