Bug Description
Here's a wishlist item with a suggestion to use Launchpad for managing translations.
* For translators: easy to use online translations interface, no technical knowledge required, point-and-click translations through the global suggestions from across all translatable projects in Launchpad. Message sharing: translate one series of the project and automatically get all other series with identical messages translated. It also supports workflows for QA and the traditional method of translating offline.
* For project maintainers: minimal maintenance through the use of automatic translation imports (i.e. get translatable messages in your code automatically exposed for translation) and automatic translation exports (i.e. get translations committed automatically to a bzr branch of your choice). Vast translations community with experienced teams to translate you app. Message sharing lets you manage translations for several project series.
