Bug Description

OS: Windows XP SP3
Inkscape version: 0.48
Hardware: Asus X50GL notebook (Intel CPU, nVidia chipset)

Ctrl+[key] functions stop working at some point (they work fine at first) - nothing happens when you ctrl+c/ctrl+v some object/text, ctrl+z doesn't undo, etc. Defect occurs after you have been working with Inkscape for some time, probably related to 2+ instances of Inkscape running simultaneously

Do you have Comodo security products installed? (see bug #649447)
If not, duplicate of bug #624079?

No Comodo products installed (never heard of Comodo anyway ;) ). Will mark as duplicate though bug #624079 is for Win 7.
