Bug Description
Binary package hint: xorg
Release: Ubuntu 10.10
I have been getting X crashes in the session after resuming from suspension. The crashes happen whilst playing music or video using Movie Player or using Netbeans IDE 6.9.1, but I have not noticed any specific application that I am always using when the crash happens. After the crash X restarts and the login screen is displayed.

After another gdm crash and then another crash after rebooting, the screen flickered like it was about to crash, but it didn't. In the kern.log I get this error:

I think it is the same but as here: http:// ubuntuforums. org/showthread. php?t=1163786
