Phil,

The pages are an annual account summary for a credit card my mother uses. 3 pages in a PDF that I downloaded from a the credit card website. I will send the document to you but not on a public page. I need an e-mail address that is private.

I double clicked on the file and the e document viewer opens the file to read. I clicked on the printer icon and got an error. My printer preference window said; /user/lib/cups/filter/pdftorasterfailed.

However, I did try to print another PDF, after I received your e-mail, and it printed just fine. But the only way to print the first documents was to download and use; ePDFViewer.

Robert

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. The issue that you reported is one that should be reproducible with the live environment of the Desktop CD of the development release - Oneiric Ocelot. It would help us greatly if you could test with it so we can work on getting it fixed in the next release of Ubuntu. Pedro,

This incident only happened 1 time. It seems that I was trying to print pages form a credit card account or bank account that had sensitive information, so I was not going to expose private information just so someone could test my complaint. No problems since then.
