Bug Description
Binary package hint: virt-manager
When trying to boot an Ubuntu livecd in ~/Downloads with ~ having default 700 permissions, virt-manager asks whether it should add permissions to ~, and when user answers "yes", it proceeds to add --x ACL for root. Instead it should add --x ACL for libvirt-qemu.
Expected ACL:
$ chacl -l ~
/home/user [u::rwx,
Observed ACL:
$ chacl -l ~
/home/user [u::rwx,
