Please merge systemtap 1.3-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

systemtap (1.3-2) unstable; urgency=low

   * Add dependency on package adduser. Thanks to the piuparts
     infrastructure for spotting it. (Closes: #604439)
   * Add dependency on make (Closes: #608905)
   * Upload to unstable

Looks good, except for one issue: you've duplicated the 1.3-1 changelog entry, so there's one before, and one after 1.2-2. The correct one is the one underneath 1.2-2, which is weird, but I guess the maintainer was sorting the entries based on timestamps when he merged the unstable upload back into the experimental one.

Anyway, I'm removing the entry that was erroneously added and uploading it.
