there isn't openid support in aiki core

I know bassel was working on for OFLB, but now its time! Lets get it into core by default!

OAuth can be core feature, but maybe openid extension. better to push to 1.0

Yep, this is important for launchpad and stackoverflow integration...and oflb, ocal, etc need it, in addition to oauth.

openid implementation was pushed back in favor of OAuth, currently I'm on final stages of testing full set of OAuth tools, that can benefit an openid implementation
