I can not register in the O. S. Forum.

When I agree to submit, answered the robot that the anti spam code is incorrect, and more than 10 times.
What other way is to register or what I can do?

That can only mean you got the answer wrong - you can only register if you get the correct answer - other users have registered ok today/yesterday.

Not sure what answer you were giving, but try a single word ending in 'x'.

This is the answer of robot.
I know read and I know write and in addition the question is not difficult, many times I have enrolled in other forum and had no problem.
Andy, ¿do you speak Spanish? this is my language and I can explain better.
I have tried to register another 2 times more and it has turned this answer.
