Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-terminal

in terminal only % sign appears not by default terminal appears after i tried some commands to run .csh and setevn. now i don't remember what are the commands that i used so that my terminal becomes like this.
Please help me.

This looks like a request for help rather than a bug, so I've
converted it to a question.

From your question it looks like you're terminal is starting a csh
which uses % as the default prompt rather than $ used by bash or sh.

I suspect you probably did this by the command:

csh -s /bin/csh

and you can switch it back with

csh -s /bin/bash
