Bug Description

The usage bar label should appear above the bar instead of beside it. This is more consistent with presenting things as a top-to-bottom hierarchy. The bar actually belongs to the label, instead of appearing as it's peer.

On a side note, the use of a progress meter there is strange.
Apart from the obvious that it does not show any "progress" , I wonder if we could instead use the "GtkScale" slider instead, but not allow interaction and keep it inactive.
Inactive in the sense, like how the volume slider in the indicator applet shows the volume level when muted. We can see the level but can interact.

Hey Vish,

I don't think using a scale would be appropriate here. Even insensitive, I think that would imply some level of interaction with that element when in reality It's completely non-interactive. So remove the element that makes it appear interactive (the little slider) and then it'll look just like a progressbar ;)

Well, In real life, scales do have pointers/needles and we dont necessarily always interact with it. ;-)
So, I'm not sure its presence always means "interaction".
But the usagebar looking so similar to the progressbar still seems odd, maybe we can just style it to look *not* exactly the same. :)
