re-arrange the usage string

Bug Description
The current usage strings reads something like "1 GB used of 2GB (50.0%)"
Instead it should read like "Using 1 GB of 2 GB (50%)"
In this way, numbers are closer together for comparison. 1 of 2 is a lot easier to see than 1 used of 2.

Thanks a lot for reporting this, however I am unable to locate the string you describe. I see the string "1GB used (50%)". Can you please specify the exact location of the string you describe, and possibly provide a screenshot?
