Recent column has no info upon load

All the "Latest Stories" "Most Connected" and "People without Pictures" should be hidden until there is data to fill them.

Ok, to fix this, I first selected 'Yes' for 'Remove Container' in the respective widgets & manually added it into the 'if authorized content'. Then, I moved all of the containers for each element into their respective widgets (preserving the hierarchy), deleted the wrappers from the dashboard_container widget (so it's inheriting the entire 'Most Connected' - including all of it's wrapper elements, etc.) and modified the 'No Results Error's of each widget to display the hierarchy with the some css included that would prevent the element from displaying, in the event of no results showing up.

Each section in column 2 now displays, independently, in the event that there is data to be shown in that particular section.
