[panel] scrubbing from system indicators to menubar should be possible

what should happen:
when you open an application menu and move the cursor over to the sound menu(or any other indicators) those menus should open without the need of a click.

This seems to work in Oneiric, but not the way back: if you continue hovering back to the window title label, the application menu does not reappear.
