Launcher should not overlap windows during "Scale"

With launcher set to autohide,
1: Have multiple windows of an app open (let's say, 2 terminals)
2: Click on the terminal's icon in the launcher
Scale plugin for is activated and both the windows are displayed.

However, launcher on the left overlap's the first window's content . The expo should not overlap the window preview.

Oddly this does not happen, when we have 3 or 4 windows open.
It happens only when we have 2 windows or if we have 5 or more windows open.

Just to be clear on this, the launcher should always be visible during
scale.

As discussed with Jason, we change the space for alpha2 as a workaround for that. We'll see later if we have time for a better solution as we need to know if the unity plugin is loaded and such…
