Quote marks in contact names cause Merge error

If there are any quote marks in a contacts full name, Merge outputs the error:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/aikilab/public_html/pple/assets/extensions/contacts.php on line 59

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/aikilab/public_html/pple/assets/extensions/contacts.php on line 59

And for the offending contact will display something like:

Tim O'Reilly - (0 contacts) -

And at the bottom Merge will report:

Yay! No duplicates

Even though there are other duplicates.

I should add for good measure that simply deleting the offending contacts from the database makes the error go away.
