Edgy Eft CD upgrade error

I`ve got this error message when trying to upgrade Dapper to Edgy from CD:

this is probably not any kind of solution for the original problem, then maybe again it is. I found the following strange in main.log:

2006-11-04 00:03:52,132 DEBUG no {ubuntu,edubuntu,kubuntu}-desktop pkg installed

For example, why is there no xubuntu? Like {ubuntu,edubuntu,kubuntu,xubuntu}-desktop

Can you please tell me the output of:
$ uname -a
and the output of:
$ cat /cdrom/.disk/info
(please insert the CD for this)

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue for you? Can you try with latest Ubuntu release? Thanks in advance.

this problem no longer exist with the new version of ubuntu
