Bug Description
Binary package hint: empathy
I right click on my Yahoo contact in Empathy and when the drop down menu appears, the only option that I can actually click on is "chat". Everything else is greyed out so that you cannot chose them.

I've searched for resolutions and tried the various Codecs that were provided but none seem to work. This issue effect the video option for both Yahoo and Google Talk.
