Removal of Users is a pain

Need to implement a way for site admins to be able to more-easily remove registered users from Scalejournal. Implementing a delete button on the writers list page seems like the most logical solution.

Deleting users is now possible (if signed in as a SystemGOD) directly through http://scalejournal.org/writers/list

(that refreshing issue present in all other deletes is persisting in this feature too, but it does work)
