Cannot manage repositories in kpackagekit

3. I expect a way to manage (add, delete, modify) the list of repositories

4. There's no way to do it unless suing CLI tools.

This bug is wrong. It used to be on a previous version of kpackagekit.

When you open kpackagekit, under the settings tab there are options to
manage repositories.
