main user landing page and header not consistent

I agree, we need this. The main landing page is kind of useless.

it might also help to style everything according to how the dashboard looks,
including the lists.

right now there are two basic styles. see dashboard versus settings page. at
least change the headers to match, maybe the body too.

Yeah, I think adding the headers to those pages is the first good step
on this. But 0.3

I don't see the point of this anymore. Now that home, dashboard are all worked out. Maybe if the style changes radically. If there is some design of page that doesn't have the right kind of link on it please file a bug for that.
