aiki instance of our main demo site OAF, needs to be updated to latest aiki

Its forked, need to get updated. and, need to get any extensions move into /assets/extensions and committed to a git repo.

please do NOT overwrite the current files with latest aiki... that will break the site and it's not possible to fix without a lot of work...
I'm working on moving the forks. aiki core files on OAF are forked

Forking should never happen again. We need aiki sites cleanly checked out
from bzr and changes should work for all aiki core.

No more emergency line of site coding. Its bad for our health and makes the
coder look bad.
