Allow manual addition of profiles

Owners should be able to add profiles manually.

This is actually pretty important. Is there a concept of master account?

Also,this needs to be spec'd out. I think only minimal info should be
necessary to create this like name (in a field, like how google does) and
then email, or even just name...

There should be a button under the people list that reads Add Profile...

This would open a form with name, email, and username.

There can also be fields to enter user accounts on different services (Twitter, Flickr)

I would put a Create User link underneath the People List on the dashboard.

That will link to [root]/users/create but without the Admin/Owner drop-down menu.

That means that on [root]/users/create if the usergroup of [userid] is Owner, then the form will not have the Admin/Owner drop-down but will just create a new user in the People group.

Owners see an Add a Contact link at the bottom of the People list. For now can only add full name and email.
