Create default avatar for new users

What should it be? brad pick one that fits the icon theme out...christopher,
did you make those or pull from somewhere? there must be a generic one.

The default avatar for users could reflect which service (i.e. source) the account came from. Owners can also have a default avatar based on the PPL favicon.

Flickr and Twitter now both get the user icon on contact import, so there is no need for a default icon there.

It would only be for email import, for the owner, or for any users added manually.

To reiterate, there are only two types of users who don't have icons:

1) Users created by hand (currently only possible using the database or sign-up process)
2) Contacts imported from Email

Also, nothing breaks or displays badly if the user does not have an icon.

This feature will only become necessary if and when the Owner (and or individual Person) can set the profile avatar manually. In this case, it would be necessary to have a default filler avatar that can be clicked to be edited. Putting this on a Wishlist and removing the milestone until this condition is met.
