Invoke "pretty" urls for contacts

As a site owner, I want a simple pretty url for all of my contacts.

like user/full-name? instead of id?

Ideally the profile would be:

people.ito.com/profile/username

I don't think we want to keep people profiles stuck under owner profiles
forever, like

people.ito.com/joi/rejon

However, at present usernames are not guaranteed to be unique. This is
because Flickr and Twitter import currently use the service username as the
value for the aiki_user username!

But it is clear to me now that Flickr and Twitter should not save usernames
into aiki_users.

But then when are usernames chosen?

If I want to invite one of my contacts onto the system, what username does
he use? What if two different Owners, Joi and Christopher, both invite
Rejon? What is Rejon's username, when in fact he has not one but two
profiles on the site, meaning he needs to switch accounts to see all the
content.

Need to keep this sane. Looking to hear some other ideas on this.

Presently we have /people/id/full-name as per Brad's implementation that suffices for this release.
