packaging update for natty needed

Binary package hint: landscape-client

just uploaded 1.5.5.1-0ubuntu1 to natty. Please address the following packaging issues for natty:

 - correctly clean (the package should build twice in a row)
 - use dh_python2 instead of dh_pycentral for natty
 - if using distro release rules in packaging, please always use past release names,
   never use the current release name, so that the package doesn't fail in a new
   release.
 - Remove the versioned dependencies. Why are these necessary?
