add ability to add, edit, delete, index COLLECTIONS

Like the press, need a way as an admin to add more collections, images, and basic information.

Need to make sure that can have option for active COLLECTIONS and then past collections, which will go onto the story page. Probably should just make multiple states for COLLECTIONS.

add collections: Collection image, collection name, collection info images in collections: Image + title + select collection, Above the flock (seems like the main collections, maybe empty link or something

Just move 'East Asian Misfits' under 'Main Collections'. Kill 'Above the Flock'.

Use the existing images on the web under 'East Asian Misfits'. Then add those extra ones that I put on your thumbdrive. Do you know what I mean?

I've started the functionality of the dashboard to manage collections at http://yumumu.aikilab.org/dashboard (have to be logged in to see). I was able to successfully upload thumbnails to the db & display those thumbs on http://yumumu.aikilab.org/above-the-flock

More work needs to be done in the dashboard to organize the functional elements & allow for deeper management (deleting of collections, individual photos, etc), but it's a step in a positive direction.

Collections can now be added & deleted via the /dashboard page. I created the East Asian Misfits Collection & it's automatically pulled into the header (along with any future collections), above the 'COLLECTIONS' menu item. The Collection is live & functions properly at:

**Note: pretty urls also incorporated.
