Cannot change theme
The message: "This email already belongs to somebody else."
appears when when changing themes on the wiki.
reverting back to previous setting

Oh sorry, i thought that was obvious :)
I and many people I know, cannot change the theme on
wiki.ubuntu.com to something else.

when you try to, it comes up with the error above.

yes, still failing on wiki.ubuntu.com

I also find the wiki becoming slower and slower
when saving pages I have to press the save butten twice.
often that works, but sometimes I have to stop the request and redo the save several times.

The more requests it demands from its users, the slower it gets,
so this all has be to resolved for the sake of the wiki.

Regarding the performance, it is being worked on. Regarding the inability to change themes, it is not affecting everyone. It may be just your account. Try this:

log out
log in
try to change the theme

if it fails, make a note of your username here. Your username is the link to the left of "logout" in the nav bar atop the wiki page.

Log out/log in does not work. I'm also affect by this bug. My username is »Hendrik Knackstedt«. Please note that there is also server errors when trying to login. Sometimes it says 500 Server error, sometimes it's without 500.

My theme changing troubles have been resolved after i was encouraged to file a bug at the canonical bug tracking site.
forgot its url. But the solution was that my primairy email had changed and they fixed it somewhere to my new primairy email.

The performance of the ubuntu wiki has improved, but it is not perfect, I still have to doubly press to apply the changes button, to make it say that the changes had already been applied, the single press brings me to a 404 / 403
