Missing a feature to pay mid-month salary advance and record accounting entry for salary advance in hr_payroll and hr_payroll_account.
If it is possible please kindly answer my question in url of Openerp forum http://www.openerp.com/forum/topic21200.html.
This feature is so important for handle payroll calculation process in Mongolia.

Any advance in this request? Many companies in Colombia use the payroll schema described by Janki Shah.

I have to develop an tiny erp for my employers because the haven't found a system that allows this kind of customization, but I am trying to persuade them to use openerp instead. I know the payroll module was rewritten recently but I am using openerp 6.1rc and it is not evident if this is possible. Besides, I could'n find any documentation describing a similar procedure.

Please help me and point me in the right direction.

Please customize OpenErp hr_payroll like salary advance, final salary as separate salary. add a field to clarify salary advance, and final salary.When computing final salary, please add salary advance of this month to the grows salary and Openerp calculate all allowance and deduction.
In our client company has also outcome salary in 20th of each month.
