website design causes text to overwrite other text

If the font size is increased on https://wiki.ubuntu.com , text overwrites other text in the footer. Due to poor vision, I am forced to use a larger font in firefox. My minimum font size is set to 16. While I understand that the design is such that you do not want me to see the text, I choose to be able to read it. The design should be fluid, so that resizing fonts does not destroy readability.

I am attaching a screenshot taken 2010-11-26 that shows the text on top of text clearly.

This is again going to be a bug that will need to be decided upon by the design team.

Since bugs against against the website are decided by the design, how are they notified of these? Is there a process in place to let them know there are problems? Would it be better if I used terminalogy similar to "website broke my eyesight", which is closer to a bug filed using "monitor is failing to show text"?

Bugs that require a change in the design need to be sent to the design team. Bugs in our implementation of their design don't need to be. I think this falls into the latter category, and can be fixed on our end without having to go to the design team.
