Bug Description
Binary package hint: at-spi
When using Onboard keyboard, it is not possible to enter your password for Administrative tasks. When that password window comes up, it greys out and renders useless all other windows, including Onboard.
To reproduce this, open Onboard, and then try to open Synaptic (or anything else that needs an administrative password).

Thanks for reporting this bug and any supporting documentation. Since this bug has enough information provided for a developer to begin work, I'm going to mark it as confirmed and let them handle it from here.
This issue is present in all released versions of Ubuntu and Xubuntu. Due to the authentication window causing the screen to fade out and all other applications becoming unusable, the only way to enter the password is using the keyboard. For those who can not use the traditional keyboard, this makes Ubuntu and Xubuntu completely unusable.
Thanks for taking the time to make Ubuntu better!
