Bug Description

  affects ubuntu/compiz-fusion-plugins-extra
  status new
  assignee smspillaz

From time to time, the "Activate Demanding Attention Window" doesn't activate
the demanding attention window on the first try, but only on the second
consecutive press of the button.

It seems to happen quite frequently, but I have not been able to identify the
exact cause of this issue.

This doesn't happen with Compiz 0.8, but happens with 0.9, and has happened
frequently enough for me to believe it's not because of my keyboard or me not
pressing the keybinding properly.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Set focus prevention to normal
2. Launch something, e.g. Pidgin or Banshee via a keybinding set in Compiz
3. Notice the window doesn't appear on top, so use "Activate Demanding Attention
Window" keybinding found in Extra AM Actions to try and bring it up.
4. Notice that nothing happens, so try again. This time it works.

I cannot reproduce this even with your configuration file and the
steps provided.

Well that sucks. How about a patch that adds debugging output statements or
something?
