Bug Description
Standard German translation for "apply" in Windows is "Ãœbernehmen". Perhaps this should be changed.

If you mean e.g. to apply some settings, then "übernehmen" is fine. It's like to store some data, but no other action is triggered.
In case of e.g. apply a filter, then "anwenden" is better. It's like "to do something".
