Bug Description

I needed a free software laptop with as little fuss as possible, so I checked the Ubuntu certified machines list at http://webapps.ubuntu.com/certification/ . I picked the Dell Latitude E4310, an Ubuntu 10.10 certified machine according to http://webapps.ubuntu.com/certification/hardware/201010-6654.

The certification notes only mention a screen resolution limitation (no big deal to me). They fail to mention a lack of touchpad vertical scrolling support. (For the technical side of this, see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/550625 and friends.)

Could you please update the certification notes to reflect this? Thank you!
