Bug Description
When someone replies to me on Twitter, I should see an "in reply to" as a part of the post info. This no longer shows.
I did verify that Twitter itself shows the tweets as being "in reply to".
It works fine for Identica.
2.91.1 from the ppa on Maverick.

- Fixed handling of the in_reply_to data for twitter, and made minor
changes to make sure identi.ca and status.net behaves the same
way (LP: #677233)
