Bug Description
Implemention of the <CASE> (bug #676538) currently shifts '-' hyphen upwards, but not '+' plus.
In order to keep the example pairs in bug #676465 aligned (- + =), then the list of glyphs bumped upwards by the script needs to be refined and probably slightly expanded.
Currently the list of <CASE>-affected codepoints are:
( ) - / @ [ \ ] { } ‹ • – — › ¡ « » ¿

I would strongly recommend that the "+", and other maths symbols, do not
move when the "case" feature is applied. If a "-" is being used in text
with the feature applied, it's probably being used as a hyphen, not as a
maths symbol. "+", "<", ">", etc. however, are always maths symbols, and
should continue to correctly align with digits, not with "-", whether
the "case" feature is applied or not.
