btrfs format fails

Doing a new install, I opted to format a couple of partitions as btrfs. While this is available in the menu, mkfs.btrfs appears to be missing so the install hangs when it is time to do the format. (It shows the timezone selection screen, with an "error formating" dialog atop it... but mouse/keyboard actions can not dismiss or proceed.)

You can set up btrfs by installing 'btrfs-tools' before starting ubiquity as a workaround.

If ubiquity is offering btrfs, I think that it should be the one pulling in btrfs-tools in general too. It does so for stuff like reisterfsprogrs.
I'll adjust the source package to ubiquity.
