the link to libGL.so is broken since it is in the upper folder.

Hi,
  Can you provide some more information please:

1) Exactly which folder is the libGL.so in that is broken?
2) Do you have, or have you previously had installed any of the binary-only graphics drivers (Nvidia or ATI)
3) Which version of Ubuntu do you have?
4) Please provide the output of dpkg -l \*mesa\*

Yes, the propietary drivers for ATI

Hi,
  I don't have the binary drivers myself, but I wouldn't be too surprised if it's related to that.
Anyway, I'll leave this bug to the mesa guys to sort out, now that you have added all the information I can think of.
