We’re happy you’re interested in Ubuntu One’s features for mobile phones!

Ubuntu One Mobile provides a growing number of ways to combine your personal cloud with your phone. Enjoy your cloud-synced content from anywhere with Ubuntu One Mobile. Learn more about features, supported devices and pricing.

So in case user wants to remove the phone the only way to do that is through the client (which does not work due to LP:595407 for now). I believe removing the phone should be available even to the user who has his subscription expired to keep the account clean.

This is a bug, although a very low one at that.
