dpkg: error processing clamav-daemon (--configure):

Did you remove the config file by hand by any change?

Try to run 'dpkg-reconfigure clamav-base', go through the questions by answering the default values for everything, then try to reinstall clamav-daemon with "apt-get install clamav-daemon".
