Bug Description
I have just updated my Acer Travelmate 2200 from Ubuntu 10.04 Netbook Remix to the the new 10.10 version.
I used the automatic update which has kept all my old settings.
Now I cannot use the new side bar as it frezes and I get a black screen blinking once. I do see all the Icons in the bar: they open and close, there are arrows for opened windows, but I cannot click on any of them.
Even in the top bar I cannot right click. I can only click to close or minimize windows.
Here follow a few details of my hardware:

Is there a way to go back to the previous version or something that can fix the problem now?
Unity/mutter has known issue on ATI hw. Natty will use Unity on compiz and should fix that, do not hesitate to report if you still have the issue there with the Natty version when alpha1 is available.
