AJ don't recognizes Interpretation.RECEIVE_EVENT

I'm modifying brz zeitgeist's plugin, adding a pull_event. This event i think should have an Intepretation.RECEIVE_EVENT but AJ only looks for Create/Modify/etc events by default..
AJ should also look for others kind of events.

i've added another small fix: if we can't find an icon for an event we use the default one(AJ logo).
Fx this resolves the problem with Bzr events that were shown in the MultiView view without any icon...
