This bug occurs in Evolution 2.30.3 in Ubuntu 10.10 Maverick Meerkat. I've tried it in a "clear" Evolution in the 32bit version, too. It seems to be Ubuntu specific bug because it doesn't occur in Evolution 2.30 in Fedora 13.

I confirm this bug in 2.30.3-1 (maverick), whereas in 2.28.3-0 (lucid) it works as expected.
Further I tested evolution 2.32.0-2.fc14 in a pre-release of Fedora 14. There it works again as expected in Day and Work Week View.
