Ubuntu Developer's Manual Launchpad frontpage doesn't link to the manual itself. I find this counter intuitive.

Sorry, i don't quite understand, are you meaning a link to a PDF of the manual?

Sorry, forgot to add, that if that is what you are referring to, then while i can do that for you, the manual itself is still far from complete. So you would be reading a half finished manual.

Yes that is what I ment. Either a link to the PDF, or a link to its source
(eg. latex-files). Why isn't the source available in the launchpad source
code browser?

You can get the latest bzr branch from here:

https://code.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-developer-manual/ubuntu-developer-manual/trunk

Once you have bzr installed, just do a: bzr branch lp:ubuntu-developer-manual

The source code will ALWAYS be available there.
