Share materials submit button goes to 404 page

Bug Description

Trying to add materials to Spread Ubuntu - when "save" is clicked, goes to 404 page not found.

I can confirm this behavior, I've just uploaded a flier and although the material got upload (I search it) I got the same message, this could make think people its material was not uploaded making them upload it several times.

If you look at the URL posted here, it has two "/en/" language specifiers. So the first one says it's in english, but the second is treated as a part of the path.

Judging by the nocache parameter, I wonder if it has something to do with Boost.

I have made a few changes to boost. This has always been a difficult problem to replicate. Let me know if it still happens.
