Bug Description

Binary package hint: tzdata

I tried to install Ubuntu Restricted before installing updates after initial install so this may have been the problem.

Please could you run in a terminal "sudo dpkg --configure -a" and check if this issue is still occurring?

I've since upgraded to 10.10.
