Deluge-gtk side panel is slightly hidden by certain themes

For some reason, it works now after I added my second monitor. Try changing
your screen resolution or something. Not sure.

I can reproduce this on three different Maverick installations, with different hardwares.

I tested on 12.04 Xubuntu and no longer can see this issue.
